Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products online.
2) Eligibility & use of the Services
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
3) Orders & contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch or shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale.
If an order cannot be accepted, any payment taken will be refunded.
4) Pricing, taxes & duties
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
We collect sales tax or VAT only where required by law. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or to contact you for instructions before dispatch.
5) Payments
Payment must be completed in full at checkout using the available payment methods. Payments are processed securely by third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details. We may use fraud-prevention tools and may cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
6) Shipping & delivery
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Processing times, shipping options, and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or collection point, where applicable). Title to goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
7) Returns, refunds & exchanges
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
8) Product information & safety
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
Always read product labels and ingredient lists before use. Perform a patch test prior to first use. Products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
9) Reviews & user content
By submitting reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services.
You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Products are sold for personal use only. We may cancel orders suspected of being placed for resale or commercial distribution without authorization.
