Orders & US Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our European facilities with trusted carriers. Availability and cost are shown at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take to the US?
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Because we manufacture in Europe and ship to the US, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees. Any applicable costs will be shown at checkout (where supported) or charged by the carrier upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to destination, weight and courier rates. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations aren’t always possible.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay and PayPal. Through these providers you can also pay with major debit/credit cards supported in the US.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by industry-standard providers with encryption and anti-fraud protection. We don’t store your full card details.
What currency do you charge?
Prices at checkout are shown in USD for US customers. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rate or fees if your funding currency differs.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us first to initiate your return and receive the correct US return address or instructions.
Who pays the return shipping?
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping is paid by the customer. We’ll share the return address and steps once you contact us.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.

How do I take the Skin Test?

Can I retake the Skin Test?
Absolutely. Skin needs change with seasons, hormones and lifestyle. Retake the test anytime to refresh your routine.

Are your products safe and tested?
We manufacture in Europe following strict EU cosmetics regulations and quality standards. We choose high-quality, well-researched ingredients and follow stringent safety and stability testing.
How should I introduce actives?
Start slowly, patch-test first, and follow your routine’s frequency guide. If something feels too strong, reduce usage to protect your skin barrier.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our formulas. However, every skin is unique—please patch-test before full use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
